Six of these studios sit on the upper floors with their own private balcony. Inside, the layout is the standard one: a wide double bed, a sitting area, a galley kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside, an extra five square metres of balcony onto Avenue de la Liberté, useful for a coffee in the morning and an aperitif in the evening.
The kitchen carries the same equipment as the apartments without balcony: 2-ring cooktop, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a full set of crockery and pans for the long stay.
Around the studio, the avenue runs to the train station in one direction and the Adolphe Bridge in the other. The balcony is on the right side of the building for evening light.
