Settle into the rhythm of the residence: weekday housekeeping, linen changed weekly, towels twice a week — exactly as for a short stay, for as long as you remain.

Long-stay terms take over. All charges are included, and after the first month only fifteen days of notice are needed if your plans change.

Water, heating, gas, electricity and the bin collection are part of the rate from the first night, every night.

- Daily housekeeping Monday to Friday: bed remade, dust, trash.
- Linen change once per week.
- Towels and bath sheets changed twice per week.
- Paper, sponge, dish soap, towels and toilet paper provided.
- All charges included: water, heating, gas, electricity, bin.
- Notice to vacate after the first month: 15 days. A real difference from short-term rentals.
